I wanted to take a moment to remind our clients of our scheduling and cancellation policies. With the holidays coming up I am sure some of you may want to cancel or reschedule here and there for vacations.
Scheduling:
We try to meet your needs as best as possible, however sometimes we will lack availability. Holidays and summer/winter break fill up fast and it is best to get your reservation in at least a month in advance. While we are happy to help last minute when we are able, it is best for regular visits to be booked at least a week in advance to ensure that we will have space. However, if you are in need of last minute coverage, we will do our best to help out in a pinch.
We have in place a convenience fee for appointments scheduled less than a business day in advance. Our last minute convenience fee is $10.00. This fee is in place because it takes quite a bit of time to move the schedule around to accommodate last minute requests and also because our staff has to rearrange their private time in order to meet your needs.
Cancellations:
For recurring weekly clients :
We require notice of cancellation via email, text or telephone call by 8am on the morning of your visit. If we do not hear from you and show up, you WILL BE CHARGED. We will always confirm cancellations so if you have not heard from us, we did not receive your message.
For overnight and non-recurring clients:
Notice must be given one week prior to your scheduled trip. If cancellations are made after this point in time, you will be billed half the amount of your scheduled visit and will need to leave a deposit going forward.
As always, scheduling and cancellations MUST be made through our office. We will not be liable for visits missed if you have not contacted us via telephone, text or email. Here is a link to our contact information.
Holiday Rates:
Please note that onthe following holidays we charge 50% extra.
For example: Our normal 30 minute visit is $17.00. On Christmas, that fee will go up to $25.50.
Fidos and Felines holiday schedule:
- New Years Eve (any service after 5pm)
- New Years Day
- Easter Sunday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve (any service after 5pm)
- Christmas Day

*We are available after hours for EMERGENCIES ONLY any calls regarding scheduling will be taken care of the next business day. We will always return any inquiries within 24 hours.
